2. Products

All products sold by Germans Studio are MOC (My Own Creation) collectibles, independently designed and handcrafted. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by LEGO® or any other brand, sports team, league, or player. Our minifigures are unofficial, fan-made tributes inspired by sports legends, created with a premium collector's touch.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color, finish, or assembly may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each piece.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (including PayPal). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to modify prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

4. Shipping

• USA: estimated delivery of 2 to 10 business days.
• Rest of the world: estimated delivery of 2 to 15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Germans Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have up to 30 days from delivery to inspect your product and confirm that it meets your expectations. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet the expected quality, you must return it to us — returns are required in these cases and cannot be resolved without the product being sent back. 6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product concepts, images, and content on this website are the property of Germans Studio and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Germans Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
